Illustration Friday: Grow

Frankie is hoping that his gift will help their friendship grow.

I'll also be submitting this to Penelope's Monster Mash contest.

Great! I can hear the monster saying "grow" in that 1930's monster voice.

Your monster has Frankenstein's original intended humanity! The original movie, which I just got from Amazon today and am just about to watch, is really about the outcast of society that really want to be part of things, but is kept on the outside. A powerful story indeed. People love to draw their lines with others on the outside.

Looks like it's working, she's smiling big. Now if the monster can just keep himself from throwing her in the pond.

Love the texture in this painting. Nice cartoon!
